A Ukrainian soldier was seen carrying a bag after they move into a new base. Ukrainian forces liberated the southern regional capital Kherson for around a week, after Russia retreated back to the left bank of the Dnipro River. The city which was under 8 months of occupation still has no electricity, water, bad signal and food supply.
