Construction crews work to build the foundation and framework Sept. 25, 2017 for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division’s (NSWC PCD) new Air Cushion Vehicle Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Navigation (C4N) Production and Integration Facility. The facility, assigned as building 657, is being built with spaces especially configured for fabrication, assembly, hardware/software integration, acceptance testing, staging, delivery, fleet support and repair of Expeditionary C4N Systems projects.
