The axial chapel, from the 13th century, is dedicated to Saint Yves. The Cathedral of the Holy Cross (Sainte-Croix) of Orleans in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. It was originally built from 1278 to 1329. The cathedral is a splendid example of both the Gothic and Classical styles of architecture.
