Paya Indah Wetlands encompassing a mix of ecosystems, namely degraded ex-tin mining land and peat swamp forest. It is located in Kuala Langat District in the State of Selangor. Since the cessation of tin and sand mining in 1997, Paya Indah has been transformed into a wonderful site for nature. Paya Indah showcases Malaysia's efforts towards achieving environmentally sound development in tourism, restoration of degraded areas and conservation of natural resources.
