San Francisco's Chinatown, centred on Stockton Street and Grant Avenue, is the largest Chinatown outside Asia and the oldest in North America, being established in 1848. It is a major tourist attraction, although Stockton Street, frequented less by tourists, has a more authentic Chinese look.
