Rescuing Joan of Arc Statue, Rheims, WW1

From the Great War published in 1918 photographer uncredited. I can find no info on when during ww1 this event happened, but its placing in the book along with other text would seem to suggest 1918, though logically one would have though it more likely to have been done earlier in the war given the constant bombardment of Reims by Germany.
