The first monumental model of the Templo Mayor from México-Tenochtitlan has been mounted in the zócalo as part of the commemorations of the "500 years of Indigenous Resistance", the Government of Mexico City, "Huey-Teocalli" this model includes the projection of a videomapping. It is the first reproduction of the Templo Mayor inspired by the discoveries of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH). The work was built in a proportion of 35 percent of the original size with 16 meters of height, meters of front and meters of depth. The Templo Mayor was named after the Spanish; however, the name given by the native peoples was Huey Teocalli.
