PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 13, 2017) Ship’s Serviceman 1st Class Kareem Arnold mans the helicopter control tower during flight quarters aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97). Halsey is currently deployed with the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group, conducting maritime security, forward presence and theater security operations in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
