Joshua Sheehan, an Army Reserve Medical Service Corps Officer from Columbus, Ohio assigned to the 307th Medical Brigade, is tested on weapons assembly at an Expert Field Medical Badge event at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, May 22, 2021. This EFMB event is the first hosted by Army Reserve and offered an opportunity for Soldiers in the medical field to earn the special skill award by demonstrating exceptional competence and outstanding performance in Soldier and medical tasks. Less than twenty percent of candidates pass the challenging test.
