Diving at the ship wreck of the Charles Brown, an artificial diving sight, that is over 100 meter (109,36 yard) long in the ocean near the Caribbean isle Saint Eustace in the Netherlands Eustace, sometimes called Statia by locals, also known as Sint Eustatius is part of the Netherlands Antilles. It lies 150 miles (240 km) east of Puerto Rico, 7 miles (11 km) southeast of Saba and south of Sint Maarten. Sint Eustatius measures 6 miles (10 km) long by 3 miles (5 km) wide and has a total land area of 8 square miles (21 square km). The island is dominated by two extinct volcanoes, with a flat central plain separating the two. Most of the population is concentrated in Oranjestad; this city is also the capital of the island.
