Spain, Burgos: Reproduction of a male Homo neanderthalensis in the Museum of Human Evolution
The Museum of Human Evolution Burgos in Castilla-Leon was opened in 2010. It shows pieces of the archaeological site Sierra de Atapuerca as well as the steps of the human evolution. Sculptures which were reproduced by the french Atelier Daynes from Paris show different kind of human species beginning with monkeylike humans until the modern Homo sapiens. Here is to see a male Homo neanderthalensis.
