Apr. 10, 1781, bought of Asahel Stebbins of Northfield for £16 twohouse lots, one joining on East River. Mr. White built in Rockingham a frame house, which is now stand-ing as a corn barn near the brick house built by his son Phineas in1813 and afterward occupied by Phineas sons, Luke and WilliamWhite.
