During that time, he witnessed many stirring events, and sawthe steady progress of the Southland, including the building of the Santa Fe 1894 he was married, in Los Angeles, to Miss Natalia Leonis, a native of Los An-geles, in which city she was brought up, and they have had two children—Albert T. andPaul. Seventeen years ago he bought a residence at San Juan Capistrano, in order toremain there and afiford his children the best educational facilities.
