The build-ing has a frontage of ninety-two feet, is sixty feet deepand two stories high, with an iron front. Luther T. Tuttle has long been one of the mostprominent, figures in public life in Manti, having beentwice elected Mayor of the city, several times memberof the City Council and a member of the Territorial Legis-lature from Sanpete County for four terms. In churchmatters he takes a prominent part and is at present amember of the High Council of Sanpete Stake.
