Dr. Stanton is a son of Campbelland Mary Jane (Crowther) Stanton. The elder , who is still living, is now retired from busi-ness. The doctors maternal grandfather, BenjaminCrowther, was prominent in iron and steel a generationor so ago, and built the Isabella furnaces of the UnitedStates Steel Company.
