Liverpool Council currently has a broad scope of alcohol-free zones which are located at various locations in Liverpool’s City Centre and throughout the Local Government Area. It is an offence to possess or drink alcohol on any street or footpath where an alcohol-free zone exists, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
