The historic Tivoli Building stands at 301 West Lincolnway, at the corner of Carey Avenue. The red stonework , three-storey building,, with an octagonal, ornamented turret, was built in 1892 for eating and drinking. It had a saloon on the main floor and brothel in the 2nd-storey. The Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce undertook renovations in 1981. It was purchased by US Attorney, Matt Mead, who completed a partial renovation in 2010. In 2012 its first floor became the home of a brewpub (brewing beer on the premises), operated by the Freedom's Edge Brewing Company.
