Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, (January 10, 2005)- An amphibious assault vehicle with Company B, 2nd Amphibious Assault Battalion, 2nd Marine Division splashes off the USS Whidbey Island off the coast of North Carolina during ship operation training here. The AAV Marines got a chance to get back into the water after a heavy rotation to the desert-urban areas of Iraq.
