HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (July 29, 2018) – An Afghan National Army (ANA) 215th Corps soldier listens to a speech from Afghan Col. Shah Wali, commander of the ANA 215th Corps Regional Military Training Center (RMTC) during an opening ceremony for a train-the-trainer course at Camp Shorabak. The train-the-trainer course allows the RMTC to sustain and produce effective soldiers to persist in battle against the enemy and ensure safe and secure elections for the people of Helmand and Nimroz provinces.
