BEACH, Va. (June 25, 2018) Rear Adm. Kathleen Creighton, deputy commander for the Joint Force Headquarters – Department of Defense Information Networks, visits Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Virginia Beach to speak with staff and students. IWTC Virginia Beach, as part of the Center for Information Warfare Training, provides a continuum of training to Navy and joint service personnel that prepares them to conduct information warfare across the full spectrum of military operations.
