Soldiers salute and civilians place their hands over their hearts as the national anthem is played during a change of responsibility ceremony here at Marne Garden, Oct. 25. Command Sgt. Maj. Jefferson Moser, a native of Dearborn, Mich., and the outgoing senior enlisted leader for the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, transferred his responsibility of the Spartan Brigade to Command Sgt. Maj. Stanley Varner, the incoming senior enlisted leader for the 2nd ABCT.
