A chelsea tractor abandoned on Wrynose Pass after the fool driver attempted to drive over in Winter conditions
A Chelsea Tractor, whose owner thought it was a good idea to attempt to drive over Wrynose Pass in the Lake District, UK. The pass, one of the steepest in Britian was completely blocked by the January 2013 snow. The motorist abandoned his car at about 1200 feet, near the top of the pass, completely blocking the road. Mountain Rescue vehicles had to park below the abandoned vehicle on a rescue on Sunday night, causing great inconvenience. The car is likely to be there for weeks, until the snow and ice on the road melt.
