Near to Moni, a view of the bottom of one of the three Kelimutu plunging craters: the turquoise Lake (Flores - Indonesia). Kelimutu volcano (5379 ft) is certainly the Flores main tourist attraction. Sacred to local people, it shows to sightseers three Lakes: a Turquoise coloured between a Brown and a Black ones. It is thought that their colours are in constant flux due to dissolving minerals. Près de Moni, une vue du fond de l' un des trois cratères abrupts du volcan Kelimutu: le Lac turquoise (Florès - Indonésie). Le volcan Kelimutu (1640 m) est certainement l' attraction touristique principale de Florès. Sacré pour les habitants de la région, il montre trois Lacs aux visiteurs: celui qui est de couleur Turquoise est entre un lac de couleur Noire et un autre Brun foncé. L' on pense que ces couleurs - qui varient périodiquement - sont dues aux minéraux dissous.
