Timoleon in the Syracusan assembly. Timoleon, son of Timodemus, of Corinth c. 411–337 BC. Greek statesman who reformed Syracuse and after retirement, although blind, was carried to the assembly for his opinion. From Cassell's Universal History, published 1888.
