Dorney, UK. 9th June, 2024. The floodwater on Dorney Common in Buckinghamshire has got much worse in the past few weeks as water has overflowed from Roundmoor Ditch. Thames Water Sewage Treatment Works in Slough are allowed to discharge into Roundmoor Ditch when it is raining, however, the stream levels are very high at the moment despite there having been little rain recently. The matter has been raised with Thames Water again, but according to residents, no action has been taken by Thames Water to alleviate this ongoing problem. Credit: Maureen McLean/Alamy Live News
