NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Electrician's Mate Geno Kelly, from St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) engineering department, is covered by Master Chief Machinist's Mate OJ Miller and Master Chief Electrician's Mate Harold McMillan during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
