Stock during the past week has been very plentiful and prices have been low, especially in the wholesale mar- kets. Daffodils are very good and prices on them hold up better than In other stocks. Tulips are of excellent quality but prices are down and car- nations, which are arriving faster than they can be handled, go begging for a buyer in some instances. Sweet peas, poeticus, Easter lilies and hya- cinths are among the best sellers. The Easter stock this year has every in- dication of being fine and ready for sale Easter Saturday. Pot plants of all kinds are in just the right shape to be handled without bruising as has been the case in former years. Most of the growers have their lilies in the green bud yet and from all indications stock will be "some ; J. A.
