The sheath is now ^g^ * slit up along with the capsule as far as the edge of the glenoid, and the tendon which is tlius freed is drawn _s^ / inwards. The biceps tendon is exposed, not only that it may bei preserved, but in order that the upper end of the g^^ bone may be rendered accessible along the line of the /Tendon of short head of bicepsrt and coraco-brachialis.\ Coracoid process.
