ARNHEM - Sergeant Palmer of Sanderstead, Surrey. Before the war a Chartered Accountant in Croydon. Arrived in France on June 30th and went straight into action in the battle for Caen. Since then he has been in action all through the campaign, and has covered every important river crossing, such as the Seine, Rhine and Elbe. He has been with Sergeant Jones throughout the campaign
