Kennet & Avon Canal Holcombe / Hardings Bridge 181 with Moored Boat & Cyclists on Tow Path
The title Kennet & Avon Canal usually refers to the entire 87 mile navigation from Bristol to the River Thames. The canal itself is 57 miles linking the Rivers Avon, Kennet and Thames. Following disuse it was again fully open from 1990 after 3 decades of restoration work. These images show mainly the section from Bath to Bradford-on-Avon
