Hypospadias of the glans is the most common form. In this conditionthe urethra has no floor as it passes beneath the glans, the site of the urethrais indicated by a groove, and the foreskin is absent below. Partial hypo-spadias requires no treatment except possibly dilatation or incision of themeatus. People who suffer from it are very prone to develop chronic urethralinflammation.
