THE VIRGINIA REALTY TITLE CORPORATION is the successor of the Virginia Title Company. It was granted a charterby the State Corporation Commission of Virginia, and was duly organizedon the 2d day of April, 1906. The capital stock of this Corporation is$25,000, five thousand of which is non-assessible treasury stock. The Corporation was chartered to do a general title business, includingthe insurance of titles, throug-hout the State of Virginia, and more especi-ally in Alexandria City and County. The land and other records, includ-ing- surveys and plats, have been carefully prepared, in the City andCounty, by experienced attorneys, abstractors and civil engineers, and theCorporation is now doing a successful business, more especially in theCounty of Alexandria, which is a thriving-, growing, suburban community.
