CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Sgt. Maj. Peter A. Siaw listens to Brig. Gen. Paul Rock Jr.’s speech during a relief and appointment ceremony March 27 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Siaw spent two years as the sergeant major of Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D.
