YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 12, 2017) – Damage Controlman 2nd Class Anthony A. Brooks from Spokane, Wash., attached to the 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), commands the crash and salvage team to charge their hoses during a damage control drill on the ship's flight deck.
