This problemis at the present moment engaging the attentionof the companies and the Board of Trade, and it ishoped that a satisfactory type of either-side brakewill be evolved. For a reason already explained, the Midland hasthe largest wagon stock of all our railway companies,the number of vehicles provided by that companyfor the conveyance of minerals, general REFRIGERATOR-VAN, AND N. W. K.
