Reinert, commanding general of the 88th Readiness Division and senior Fort McCoy commander, provides comments during the Fort McCoy Garrison change-of-command ceremony May 19, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. Col. Hui Chae Kim took command of the garrison from Col. David J. Pinter Sr. The change-of-command ceremony took place at the same time as the 2018 Armed Forces Day Open House at the installation.
