At a prayer-meeting in her own home, Esther gaveherself folly to Christ, and joined the MethodistChoroh, of which she ever continued a faithfal mem-ber. After her marriage in 1827, her home was a welcomeresting-place of the itinerant preachers, like herfathers in England, which was also one of John Wes-leys preaching placan. Two of her daughters becamewives of Methodist ministers. Her eldest daughter, Mrs. Drew, of Wisconsin, whowas with her in her last illness, supplies the followingpartionlars:— * For sixty-three years she has Ehown by her dailywalk and conversation
