WASHINGTON - Col. Robert K. Ryan, commander, Multi-agency Augmentation Command, Army National Guard, has his shoulder boards replaced by his wife Tammy Ryan and son Patrick Ryan, during his promotion to the rank of brigadier general, at a DCARNG Land Component Command combined ceremony, June 10, 2018 at the National Guard Armory. In addition to being promoted, Ryan assumed command of the LCC from Brig. Gen. Aaron R. Dean II who is currently serving as the adjutant general, DCNG.
