Chicago, Illinois, USA. The landmark Edgewater Beach Aprtatments Building overlooking Hollywood Beach, also known as Kathy Osterman Beach. The Edgewater Beach Apartments opened in 1928 as a high-rent apartment building which remains true to the present. The building, like its neighboring Edgewater Beach Hotel, now demolished, wrere cloaked in a soft pink exterior. The beach is a popular stretch for summer recreation borderedon its north end by high rise luxury apartment and condominium buildings.
