Police oversee anti war demonstration in Trafalgar Square, London


On 24th October 2009 Lance Corporal Joe Glenton became the first serving soldier to openly take part in an anti-war demonstration in the UK. He led the march from Marble Arch to Trafalgar Square where he then delivered a speech. At the time of the demonstration he was fighting a court martial to send him back to Afghanistan.
