Weatherill announced that Adelaide is to become the world's first carbon neutral city. The Premier met Vince on a fact finding mission to discuss the future of renewable technology and climate control, before travelling onto to meet UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon at the Paris Climate Change Summit.
