It is installedon the same section as hanger No. 7, which is similar intop construction but rigidly connected to ear No. 6, alsopreviously described. As they grip the messenger wire,both designs, and particularly hanger No. 7, are subjectto the troubles referred to in connection with the relativemovement between the messenger and trolley wire.
