Radley, Oxfordshire, England; 8 December - 2018 I have an ongoing home-office photographic project which creates complex, abstract images from simple shapes, decorations and cut-outs. Around Christmas-time, I also use tinsel, decorations and other seasonal knick-knacks. This started off as an image of arranged colored shapes done in art card. But then I got more creative, producing this abstract image through a variety of layer, blending, gradient mapping and rotational techniques in Photoshop. Think of it as repeatedly folding - both vertically and horizontally - blending and manipulating simple shapes in Photoshop-space to create ever more complex abstract visualizations - like this. I hope you like it!
