JINHAE, Republic of Korea - Members of the Republic of Korea Jinhae Naval Base Command band performed "Anchors Aweigh" during the Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC) Change of Command Ceremony. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Preston Rackauskas relieved Cmdr. Michael Vaas, becoming CFAC's 20th commanding officer. FAC is located in the Jinhae District of Changwon City on the Southeastern coast of Republic of Korea is the only Navy installation on the Korean pennisula.
