Sign for the Four Candles pub in Broadstairs, the name inspired by the Two Ronnies comedy sketch.

The Four Candles is believed to be the smallest brewpub in Britain and the second smallest pub on the Isle of Thanet. The pub's name commemorates the famous Four Candles comedy sketch by the Two Ronnies. Ronnie Barker is believed to have written the sketch after being inspired by a Broadstairs' ironmonger on a visit to see Ronnie Corbett who had a holiday home in the town.
