Alexander von Humboldt is a German sailing ship originally built in 1906 by the German shipyard AG Weser at Bremen as the lightship Reserve Sonderburg. It is the successor of the legendary Becks beer ship with the green sails and was provided as a complete new construction in 2011. Primarily the ship was built for sail training and sailing experience for young people.
