(Dimensions of the type material : length 66 /x, breadth 63 /x ; horn length 9 /x.) Remarks. Klement has recorded G. granulata from the Upper Jurassic (Lower Oxfordian to Upper Kimmeridgian) of Germany. It is present in the Dorset and Boulonnais assemblages. The specimens from these localities correspond closely in general morphology to the German material, differing only in details of the shape of plates 1', 3' and 1" '..
