Navy Recruiting District (NRD) Miami held a change of command ceremony at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, Jan. 12. Cmdr. Jason Ketelsen was relieved by Cmdr. Delmy Robinson as the commanding officer of NRD Miami in a ceremony attended by several distinguished visitors, guests and crew.
