Thefatigue and hardships ofthe journey from Corinneto Pozeman, 600 miles ofstaging, proved too arrival at Bozeman, shewas taken ill, and after asickness of but two days,slie died. Her grave lies atthe foot of a mountainrange, from which thererises a grand peak, stfind-ing np like a huge monu-ment to her memoiy.
