A police officer draws his firearm and raises his badge as he approaches a man who had just shot himself dead at the United States Capitol in Washington DC. The officer yells out to clear the area now! The suicide triggered a security lock-down and a bomb squad investigation. The DC Metropolitan Police department later identified the victim as Leo P. Thornton of Lincolnwood, Illinois, USA. The suicide victim has a social justice sign taped to his hand.
